· Monitor and report on progress of projects, processes, resources, and compliances 

· Experience in managing Financial Services domain projects

· Manage and track timesheets, contracts, invoices, and commercials

· Manage and track project documentation such as project plans, WBS, change request forms, etc

· Create, refine, and manage process documentation, templates, libraries, and knowledge base as required

· Manage, monitor, and generate dashboards and reports for providing 360-degree view of operations to leadership and management

· Conduct project governance meetings

· Conduct regular audits to monitor process compliance

· Conduct trainings/workshops for tools, systems, processes

· Desired Candidate Profile:

· Minimum 7 years experience is must in a similar profile, managing a team of 50+ resources

· Excellent leadership skills with ability to take complete ownership of tasks

· Must possess very good knowledge on MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point

· Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills with very good understanding of What if Analysis, etc

· Strong understanding of SDLC concepts, development models such as Waterfall and Agile

· Must be a team player, self-starter and have ability to work under minimal supervision

· Must be resourceful, innovative, self-motivated, and confident in high stress situations

· Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability

· Must possess very good logical and analytical abilities

· Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
