Position - Business Development Manager
Location – Gurgaon
Experience - 2 to 10 Years
Responsibilities:-
· B2B Sales
· New Business generation in Staffing Services (Permanent and Contract)
· Generating leads through job portals and professional networking sites like
· Linkedin Visiting the websites of the companies and gathering data/ details
· Finding the right person to get in touch with for empanelment.
· Connecting with them through Linkedin, the board number and other means
· Pitching company's services to them, sharing the company profile and Terms and Conditions with them
· Following up on the same
· Contracts signing-up
· Understanding the Job Description, taking company's details and write up to be shared with the candidates
· Make sure the client receives the quality profiles on turnaround time
· Assigning a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) to the client and following up for quality delivering
· Being in touch with the client to ensure that the client is satisfied with the quality of profiles and the work being done
· Maintaining the existing clients
