Oracle Apps Financial Consultant with at least 6 to 9 years of experience Implementation, Upgrade of ERP versions 12.2.x
(Financial Functional for Salalah Entity Merger with Oman Air)
CA / ICWA with sound accounting knowledge
Experience in following Oracle Financial & SCM modules like AR, AP, FA, GL,SLA, EBiz Tax, Inventory, Purchase and iProc. Should have at least 3 to 4 Project Implementation , Upgrade and Support experience
Should have extensive experience in handling custom applications and processes
Experience in working with Support project (like Incident / Service Request / Problem Management / Enhancements)
Experience in working with Oracle Support for TAR
Should be familiar with Organization Structure changes, COA changes, Audit and Compliance needs.
Knowledge in PL/SQL will be an added advantage.
Willing to work in different time zones.
Experienced in leading, managing and mentoring teams of small to medium size.
Experience in handling Audits and addressing issues
Create, implement & follow process initiatives and also make the team adhere to the quality process.
Experienced in planning and maintaining shifts/rosters.
Experience in Tracking, Monitoring, Managing and Reporting of SLAs
Experience in initiating the process improvement, Client Value adds
Motivate people not to lose focus in resolving and meeting timeline.
Manage resource requirements, skills improvement, internal & client escalations.
Experienced in work prioritization and allocations/assignments to the team.
Should be willing for frequent travels on short notice.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have experience in client interactions and communications
