- Infrastructure Monitoring
- ITIL based Service Delivery
- Vendor Management
- Escalation Management
- 24*7 shift
- Should have worked in global environment working with customer directly.
- Should Know the ITIL process flow and basics well and has been following the same.
- Ready to work in shifts if the shifts are rotated amongst other leads
