1. Oracle HR Functional Consultant
Exp.: 6-10 yrs.
· HR Functional consultant experienced with at least 5 years of experience in the Implementation, Upgrade of ERP versions 12.2.x . Experience in Core HRMS, Employee Self Service, Payroll, Oracle Learning Management (E-learning), Oracle Time and Labor, Oracle Succession Planning, Performance Management and OTL Mobility
· Experience in Integration with Custom Applications, 3rd Party, Bolt-On, cloud applications like Taleo.
· Should be experienced in documentation, design, architecture and assist in the development of custom pages to cater to the business needs.
· Should be familiar with Organization Structure changes, COA changes, Audit and Compliance needs. Should be willing for frequent travels on short notice. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have experience in client interactions and communications
· Knowledge in PL/SQL will be an added advantage.
